Horizon Crest Ventures LLC provides professional China sourcing, global procurement, logistics coordination, and supply chain consulting services to U.S. businesses. Because our services involve real operational work — including supplier outreach, negotiations, quality inspections, freight bookings, and customs coordination — our refund policy reflects the nature of these professional and international transactions.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.
Once procurement work has commenced (supplier outreach, negotiations, sample orders, or quality inspections), fees are non-refundable as real operational costs have been incurred. Pre-work cancellations (before supplier outreach begins) may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on expenses already incurred.
Once freight has been booked and confirmed with third-party carriers, logistics fees are non-refundable. Cargo insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy has been issued. Any third-party charges (customs duties, port fees, carrier surcharges) are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
To cancel a service, submit a written cancellation request to hello@horizoncrestventures.com within 7 days of the issue arising. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and expenses already incurred on your behalf.
If a verified supplier delivers goods that materially fail to meet agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the dispute, which may include renegotiating with the supplier, arranging replacements, or providing a service credit. Each case is reviewed individually.
